2. What are the charges for bank account deposit and withdrawal?
Deposit: BIT does not charge any fees
Withdrawal: 25 USD/transaction (charged by BIT)
NB:
- Deposit USD from your bank to BIT: Your bank may charge a transfer fee or an intermediary bank transfer fee. Different banks charge different fees. Generally, a single transaction ranges from USD 20 to USD 70. This fee is charged by the bank and has nothing to do with BIT.
- Withdraw USD from BIT to your bank: Your bank may charge an entry fee, usually $15 to $30. This fee is charged by the bank and has nothing to do with BIT.
Card Linking Failed Scenario Errors and Solutions
We will verify your bank account information. If the linking fails, you can refer to the following scenarios and solutions:
- Invalid request: iban is not a valid IBAN
The IBAN is incorrectly filled. Please open the bank APP to check the IBAN again, which generally consists of 15-31 letters and numbers
- Invalid request: routingNumber is not a valid wire routing number
The SWIFT CODE is incorrectly filled. Please open the bank APP to check the SWIFT CODE again, which generally consists of 8 or 11 letters and numbers
