1. Please check if you blocked the SMS from BIT, if so, please unblock it.
2. Please check if your mobile number is suspended due to insufficient balance, if so, please recharge.
Didn't receive the Email verification code?
1. Please check if you blocked Bit.com emails, if so please unblock it.
2. If you didn't block BIT emails but you didn't receive the verification code, please check with the email service provider.
3. If the above two methods didn't work, we suggest you choose a different email for registration. If you already have a BIT account, please contact customer support to modify your email address.
