Dear BIT Users,
BIT plans to perform system upgrade from August 11, 2023, 9:00 to 9:45 (UTC). The upgrade will take approximately 45 minutes, during which all activities from Web/App/API will be temporarily suspended.
Once the system upgrade is completed, BIT will reserve 15 minutes for users to cancel orders before trading resumes.
Updates
- Launched new tiered-leverage and margin rules for perpetual contracts.
- Enhanced registration and login procedures, convert trading process, Ukey management display, and trading page display on the App.
- Enabled the editing of nicknames and deletion of sub-accounts on the App.
Note: The current positions and open orders of contract users will be affected by the new margin rules. Please refer to the updated leverage and margin tiers, lower your leverage, and add margin as needed to avoid high account risk ratios resulting in forced liquidation of positions or order cancellations (learn more).
Please note that all services might be back online earlier if the upgrade is completed ahead of the schedule.
